Questions about official Kauaʻi County criminal records usually belong with the agency that created or maintains the file. The contacts below distinguish KPD police reports from Fifth Circuit court cases and HCJDC statewide criminal-history products. This privately operated resource cannot retrieve, certify, correct, or release a government record.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
